Lo and behold, your now definitive guide to blending in with all those rich ‘skate kids’ who can’t actually skate— featuring only the best two dimensional stock images.
High farshion has shown us exactly this, you don’t actually have to skate to be a skater- from the infamous Vogue Fashion Week skate stunt to just about every city chick wearing a slip dress paired with DCs.

All you have to do is dress in aggressive themed tees, wear punk-ass jewellery (bonus points for those hardcore studded belts) and dying your hair ~edgy~ colours.

With the words ‘chill’ and ‘cool’ being thrown around more then a early 2000s RnB music video, Wikihow gives us the run down to the most prominent skate stereotype (which actually only exists in b-grade American movies right?). Wear your baggy pants super low all for practicality reasons, and make sure to team it with a snapback- under a hoodie of course.

Yeah, I don’t even know about this one. Just don’t shower for a week and look like you’re stoned- you definitely can’t have people thinking you care.
