Devin Leisher, director of Warp and Weft, puts together another production dedicated entirely to the beauty that is Japanese raw denim.

Weaving Shibusa is the story of Japanese craftsmanship and dedication, shown through their love and fascination of denim. The film delves into the mysterious and storied industry of the Japanese denim industry, following world-renowned vintage denim experts such as the renown “Osaka 5”, responsible for Japan’s denim revival.

The film is set for worldwide release early August.
