Tyler, The Creator has been dominating the music and sneaker game for quite a while now and it’s to no one’s surprise.
This time, the 28-year-old rapper has unveiled his latest sneaker collaboration with Converse, which is quite reminiscent of his ‘Cherry Bomb’ (2015) era aesthetic. The sneakers are designed in turquoise blue on the upper canvas – and finished off with a bold graphic emblazoned flames. They also include a bright red canvas with florals on the soles.
2019 has well and truly been the year of Tyler, The Creator. He dropped his 5th critically-acclaimed studio album ‘IGOR’ in May, which soared to number one on the US Billboard charts. Subsequently, his infamous visa bans from the UK, Australia and New Zealand were all repealed.
The creative genius also unveiled his collaboration with iconic legendary French fashion label Lacoste at the Roland Garros earlier this year in July. In terms of most unexpected collabs, he teamed up with Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams to release his very own ice cream flavour. It turned out to be minty green white chocolate, which so happens to be T’s favourite ice cream flavour.
