Hold up, this could be one of the most interesting collabs our generation is lucky enough to witness.
Travis Scott has taken to Twitter to preview a few sneaky behind the scenes studio shots of him working with Australian national treasure, Kevin Parker. The two the two parties are seen putting their minds together over the always mysterious looking illustrious sound board, probably working on the trap-meets-psychedelic rock project that’ll change the world.
Travis isn’t one to knock the hazier side of things – his video for Butterfly Effect screams starry eyed dreamscapes, with fuzzy beats and lusciously layered vocals featuring heavily in his sound – the perfect match for Kevin’s distinct Tame Impala vibe.

Scott is supposedly releasing his third album Astroworld sometime this year – a promise that he’s been ruminating on for a while now. Keep in mind there are only 72 days left of the year, but if this collab is what’s holding up the drop, we’re totally willing to wait. Kevin Parker has recently leant his incredible talents to the likes of DRAM, Lady Gaga and Mark Ronson, so we’re sure whatever he’s got in store for Trav will be a total hit.
