Ready Or Not was released as part of Fugees second studio album, The Score in 1996.

The song dropped at a tumultuous time for the group.

Lauryn Hill broke-down during the recording (after previously leaving the band), and Enya nearly sued The Fugees for ripping a sample from Boadicea. The track did OK in the States but was huge in Europe, and topped the charts in the UK.

The film clip is fire, featuring jet skis, submarines and naval warfare, and paved the way for more flash, big production hip-hop videos.
