When somebody in the 21st century is outraged at politicians, their mum or wants to complain when Maccas don’t put Big Mac sauce on your burger – they put it on social media.

We tweet, snap and meme about it until we don’t feel sad about it anymore. Pepsi Co was not exempt from such treatment, after their diabolical commercial featuring Kendall Jenner.

Public consensus was that the ad looked a little too familiar to Leshia Evans in Baton Rouge and was filled with irrelevant, whimsical, unconnected scenes. They tried to poke at “unity, peace and understanding”, but 110% missed the mark.

Plus I am yet to see a single thing showing Pepsi’s support for any of these movements that they are trying to attach themselves to. Ever.

Let off some collective steam with the following, and watch the original commercial at the bottom if you’re yet to experience the delight.
