If you have not yet heard of the creative group SETTINGS°, well then it’s time to get familiar.

Based in Sydney, their events lean on influences from the contemporary design world to showcase the most modern R&B and new-school rap. More than just a party of Travis Scott moshpit proportions, every SETTINGS° event is also a careful curation of space, lighting, stage production, photography and artist roster.

Their aesthetic is unmistakably distinct, and so is the crowd that each event draws. SETTINGS° has quickly become one of Sydney’s most talked about underground parties and a gathering spot for some of the city’s most young-blooded tastemakers in music, fashion, design and art.

Over an eventful few months, SETTINGS° has built up a rare and impressive portfolio, curating the official Sydney event afterparty for international brand MADE and playing host to the exclusive warehouse party for Subtype x Butter‘s collaborative launch.

Tonight the team at SETTINGS° announced their next soiree, and we have the exclusive.

Sounds for night will be led by artists from the SETTINGS° imprint: JORDVN, TOMMY and Tennessee, as well as emerging producer/DJ and co-founder of Strxnger Collective, ESAR., and FBi Radio DJ and Subtype Store Creative Director, ELLA MAXIMILLION.

Headlining the bill is Kehlani’s tour DJ and TSNMI’s very own, Micah ‘Noodles‘ Mahinay (@noodz). Along with having her own brand and merch line under her belt, Noodles throws a party in LA called ‘Recess’ held at Lock and Key. To us, she represents the new generation of girls doing it for themselves and the culture – a new wave of empowering, smart and savvy boss ladies coming out on top.

Her rare Sydney appearance is made possible by Kehlani’s Sydney leg of her SweetSexySavage World Tour, which begs the question that, while they’re all down here, wouldn’t it make sense for Kehlani and crew to roll through to SETTINGS° in support of their girl, Noodz?

Okay, okay, that’s pure and unadulterated speculation on our part. But, huge if true. But also, if indeed true, then you heard it here first…

Speculation aside, the next SETTINGS° installment is shaping up to be another iconic and unforgettable night.
