I have no fucking clue on how to be healthy. My diet is limited to dirty street kebabs and the meaning of exercise doesn’t extend more than dancing at raves or running to get the last bus home after a big night.
I do admire the runners on Bondi Beach as I shuffle off the last bus home— but it is now met with the reminder that Summer is coming. A season where the fine balance of being ~adequately~ healthy and going to all the best summer raves starts to tip to more of the tipsy side.
So to even out that balance is Flow After Dark.
Flow Athletic have teamed up with Ministry of Sound to create a yoga class, that you will actually want to go to. The class will house nearly 1000 people at Horden Pavillion, resembling something like that warehouse rave you once went to but a lot calmer. Ministry of Sound will be collaborating with resident DJ James Mack and Aus #1 yoga instructor, Kate Kendall.
Duncan Collins from Ministry of Sound says to expect a deep sounds of electronic music to be mixed with yoga.
‘When we can put a track from Jamie XX next to Odesza next to a deeper mix of a Diplo record, it becomes really interesting.’
The best part? It’s on a Thursday at 7pm so your weekend sleep in is safe with us.
