By now we’re used to strange and unexpected releases from both high-end designer and high-street brands: Gucci balaclavas, Chanel boomerangs and endless weird Supreme accessories. We didn’t really foresee Louis Vuitton jumping on the bandwagon for this season but hey, we’ll take it.

The luxury brand giant has announced that a monogrammed pencil roll is on the cards, complete with engraved coloured pencils.

The pencil roll is comprised of calfskin leather and decorated in the iconic Louis Vuitton monogram, coming with a range of 40 colouring pencils with their own fabric slots on the inside of the case.

Although the drop date is TBA, the pencil case is expected to be released some time in April, 2019, with a price tag of $900 USD. So if you take your colouring really damn seriously, mark your calendar.

Speaking of things taking an unlikely turn, JW Anderson collaborated with Converse yet again, but this time turned the All Star silhouette into a hiking hybrid.
