‘Los Pollos Hermanos will bring Sydney all the chicken we ever dreamed of at the pop from April 11-12. For those who have been living a very sheltered life and don’t know, it’s the chicken chain that features in Breaking Bad.
Los Pollos Hermanos translates to ‘The Chicken Brothers’ in Spanish, so naturally, Thirsty Bird on Bayswater Road is where it’s at. This pop up God has blessed us with celebrates the premiere of Better Call Saul Season 3 via Stan, but you’re a huge fan so you’d know that already.
The best part? The food is FREE. Yeah that’s right, you can eat yourself into a chicken coma and still be able to pay rent.
If you weren’t already fangirling all over the place, Gus Frick (AKA co-owner and meth trafficker) is rumoured to open the pop up. Merch and prizes are available on the day, as well as the chance to meet Gus himself.
