Set to play the showcase match against the Golden State Warriors on Martin Luther King Day, LeBron James took the time pre-game to address recents comments made by Trump.

Specifically, Trump’s reluctance to take migrants from “shithole countries.”

James laments the divisiveness caused by Trump, but remains positive: “We can’t allow it to divide us. The guy in control has given people and racism … an opportunity to be out and outspoken without fear . . . We can’t allow that to stop us from continuing to be together and preach the right word of living and loving”.

A king off and on the court, James is attempting to unite a divided country whilst posting career-best numbers. (Not bad for a 33-year-old.)
