REDDS is not only Australias favourite party brand but a rapidly expanding and culturally renown, start up. With a portfolio of brands under our belt, this role will be flexible and expansive with an ability to find your niché in the business.

REDDS CUPS was the first company to introduce the famous red cup into the Australian market in 2010. Since then we have cemented the red cups into Australian consumer culture, created a range of 14 unique products, become a focal point for major liquor brands at festivals and events, and facilitated a brand name that has become synonymous with parties, music and alcohol.

We’re also ranged in over 4,500 retailers across Australia including almost all major outlets (hell yeah!).

 

REDDS FX encapsulates our media & events agency, housing a photography, event engagement, events production and digital content creation agency.

 

THE ROLE WE’VE GOT AVAILABLE

 

We have an opening for marketing position that spans across the brands activities. Working with our Brand Manager you will be involved in everything from product campaigns, creating strategic partnerships with major festivals and events, to assisting and developing the creative content and agency work. The role encourages autonomy in marketing and business development, as well as the opportunity to head up project based work.

Main roles include

• Development and facilitation of strategic partnerships with liquor, media and entertainment clients

• Assisting and implementation of seasonal marketing campaigns.

• Writing and coordination of original content on our online publication, The Cut. 

• Assisting and development of REDDS photography agency.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

• Preferably a business / marketing / agency background, with a strong ability to work autonomously and creatively.

• An understanding of money and profitability of business.

• An understanding and ability to curate marketing and creative strategies across multiple channels to develop brand engagement and procure business.

• Excellent written and communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously, set own goals and take ownership over projects

• Preferably someone who can contribute a great friday arvo Spotify playlist.

 

ROLE INFO

 

The role is a part-time position for 3-5 days a week, with the preference to move to a full time role.
