After months of speculation and excitement, J. Cole has now come out and confirmed that the highly anticipated Revenge of the Dreamers III Dreamville collaboration album is set to be released this Friday (5th July).

Ahead of the album’s release, the film which recaps the album’s recording sessions is also due to be released alongside the record titled REVENGE: A Dreamville Film.

Following up from 2015’s Revenge of the Dreamers II record, the album is set to feature the entire Dreamville roster including the likes J. Cole, J.I.D, Cozz, Bas, Reason, Lute, Ari Lennox & EARTHGANG; while the invitee’s list includes the likes of Vince Staples, Ski Mask The Slump God, H.E.R, Buddy, Ty Dolla $ign, Meek Mill, Saba, Smino, as well as producers Kenny Beats, NO I.D and Tay Keith.

Four tracks from the recording sessions have been released as of late. Earlier this month, Down Bad which features Cole, J.I.D, Bas, EARTHGANG’s Johnny “Olu O. Fann” Venus, and Young Nudy and also Got Me featuring Ari Lennox, Omen, Ty Dolla $ign, and Dreezy popped up on our Spotify.

Today, we were gifted with the release of tracks Costa Rica and LamboTruck. Costa Rica includes Dreamville veterans J.I.D and Bas while also including Guapdad4000, and Reese LAFLARE among others. LamboTruck features Cozz, Reason and Childish Major.

Alongside his upcoming album, Cole is also releasing some limited edition merch pieces.

The capsule consists of a graphic tee, a hoodie, a baseball cap and a vinyl record of ROTD III. Each purchase also comes with a digital version of ROTD III, emailed directly to you when the album drops.
