With summer pretty much having arrived, there aren’t many excuses needed to go for drinks with your mates, but we’ve got a pretty killer one for October.

Being breast cancer awareness month, a campaign close to our hearts here at REDDS, we got together with our friends at Shazam & The National Breast Cancer Foundation to make the most technical & altruistic drinking cups ever.

Our limited edition PINK Cups will feature across Woolworths Supermarkets, with a 10 cent donation from each pack going to the NBCF, so the more you drink, the more we donate. And incase you’re feeling particularly generous / want to balance out your previous evenings sins, you can donate directly from your phone just by Shazaming the packet of PINKS!

Yes that’s right, by using that app that you fumble for whilst driving to get that banger off the radio, you can now use to scan the packet and be transported directly to the donate page. A technical revolution if I’ve ever seen one.

There’s also an amazing amount of bars and venues across Oz hosting their own #idrinkPink parties using PINKS, which touches our hearts, so keep an eye out for those. We’ll be featuring a few on The Cut as they come.

Make sure you show your support by uploading an #idrinkPink photo of you with your PINKS cup, hosting your own #idrinkPink event or visiting one of our partnered #idrinkPink venues this October!

Every day in 2016, 44 Australian women are expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer and eight women die from the disease, leaving countless families devastated. Let’s help the NBCF fight this.
