The world is clearly hungry for any taste of McGregor they can get – even if it isn’t him. Islam Badurgov, a professional bodybuilder from Kazakhstan, managed to scam hundreds of adoring McGregor fans in L.A. by donning his now iconic beard, sunglasses and tattoos.
Strutting around Muscle Beach in Santa Monica, the impersonator created McGregor sized hysteria and fooled plenty into taking selfies as his entourage walked closely by. The prank was set up ‘to support the great warrior Conor McGregor’ and the team behind the stitch up ‘truly believe in his victory’.
Love him? Hate him? There’s no denying he’s a damn entertaining character, even his Instagram captions prove it.…
