Lollapalooza was the site of peak Chicago hometown pride on Saturday, with the Windy City’s biggest champion, Chance The Rapper inviting old pal, and fellow Chicago native Vic Mensa onstage during his set.
The pair smashed through Acid Rap banger Cocoa Butter Kisses and Didn’t I (Say I Didn’t). Check it out below:

Chance, expelling his famous and sometimes overbearing knack for wisdom said to adoring crowd
“The world will take you a lot of places, Never let it take you away from fam.” Powerful stuff.
This pretty much renders any lingering rumours of beef between the two. This time last year, Vic infamously ignited speculation that the two were beefing, blacking out Chance in a photo he’d uploaded of the two hanging out with Jay-Z and Beyonce.
Vic recently released his debut album, The Autobiography at the end of July and has actually recently spoken about potentially collabing with Chance on an upcoming project.
