And now for the announcement Sydney foodies have been waiting for: the lineup for Carriageworks’ latest Night Market.

Curated by Evis Abrahanowicz and Ben Milgate of Porteño, the theme of this edition is “Burning Love”.

Expect dishes from Rising Sun Workshop, Belle’s Hot Chicken, Spice Temple, and No.1 Bent Street. Beverages from Young Henry’s, Juke Joint, and P&V Wine will be on hand to help you wash it all down. Or get sloshed, if that’s what you feel like doing.

To keep the event in line with its theme, there will be fire-centric demonstrations including indigenous cooking techniques.

The event starts on July 27. Tickets are $10 and you can get them via the Carriageworks website.
