The brand know for making a lot of noise have just quietly launched a game changer in the tech world.

Mimicking hearing aids the new BOSE hearphones are labelled as ‘conversation-enhancing headphones to let you hear the world on your terms.’

Unlike the brands noise-cancellation technology, these new earphones will allow users to filter out noises they don’t want to hear. Hearphones users can filter by either what direction the noises come from or preset modes like “television,”  “doctor’s office,” or “gym,” all of which emphasis on helping people hear voices better in crowded places by letting in sounds like speech only. The application for the device was uploaded to the Apple App Store recently where it explains…

“Innovative technologies amplify softer sounds, let you turn down the distractions in noisy environments and focus on what you want to hear—like a conversation across the table. You can also use them as controllable noise cancelling [sic] wireless headphones for your music or calls or just for quiet. Take control of the noise, and hear the world better.”
