If you live in Sydney, chances are you’ve indulged in one of the many meaty monoliths Bar Luca have to offer. Serving the city with a plethora of hysteria inducing flavour combos and incredibly ‘grammable buns the burger mecca has become a bona-fide institution in the city.

 

If you’ve already tried everything on the menu and gawk in both terror and awe at their weekly specials, their latest month-watering endeavour may be the opportunity to put both your eating skills and creativity to the test.

The masterminds behind the empire are opening ‘a create-your-own meal outlet’ in Newtown. So think a Sizzler style buffet, but actually cool. Punters will have eight bases to choose from (get ready for this onslaught) including eight bases to choose from, including tater tots, corn chips chili con carne, a hot dog and a fried mozzarella cheese patty as well as the regular hamburger.

 

If that’s not indulgent enough, here are some extras you can through on board for extra calories and pleasure – popcorn chicken, fried haloumi, shoestring fries, kimchi and even peanut butter. There’ll be over 70 ingredients to choose from so prepare you souls and stomachs, because this’ll probably dominate your Insta feeds for a very long time.
