It’s that time of year again, when Alfred and Constance put on their amazing Gourmet festival in the heart of Fortitude Valley – the Pork, Cork & Fork festival! Filled with some of the most mouth watering fresh food, roasts, breads and some pretty cool cocktails (in REDDS), the crowds definitely caught on after last year and came en mass.
