2017 has so far shaped up to be a whirlwind year for one of hip-hop’s shining lights, Travis Scott. With a support slot on Kendrick’s DAMN. tour and breaking the world record for the most times a single song has been performed by an artist during a concert (watch it here), Travis is a constant headline maker.
In a recent intimate interview with Air Jordan, Travis reveled the inspiration behind his custom Trunner – the ‘Cactus Jack’
“I didn’t want to do anything traditional. I’ve never seen the Trunner with so many colors on it. I wanted something different; to see that model differently.”
The Goosebump’s rapper/ Air Jordan worshipper also went on to detail the ‘craziest thing that’s happened while wearing J’s at a show’
“I would say it was at a show I did in Portland. I had everyone raise their shoes up and I gave a pair of my AJ4s I was wearing off my feet to a kid who I thought had the best Jordans.”
