For real, is there anything more satisfying than busting lines on Tetris? (Bonus points for anyone who remembers the original theme song.)

The game’s been around since the ‘80s, and still has a dedicated following manoeuvring those four blocks into position.

Resident Tetris super freak Jonas Neubauer (AKA NubbinsGoody) set Twitch alight yesterday when he attempted to speed clear 100 lines on the NES.

He didn’t quite hit the target, but he continued to play, registering 300,000 points in under two minutes, and breaking another world record entirely.

Hyped, Jonas drops the mic and leaves the room, only to return the next day and speed clear the original 100 lines and break another record.
