Nowhere in the world is responsible for as many beats, beefs and rhymes as the Big Apple.

In 2018, Harlem will be blessed with the opening the world’s first Official Hip-Hop Hall of Fame and Museum (We’re literally planning our trip right now).

The 20-story museum, which is reportedly costing a cool $150 million in construction will feature exhibits that “offer important and unique documentation of hip hop’s development and its impact on social trends.” A museum exhibit outlining the every intricacy of the Jay Z v. Nas beef? Count us in.

“It is estimated to contribute approximately a $350M socio-economic impact to New York City and the Tri-State region annually when phase II of the development is completed”, also outlined by this press release.
