Two of streetwear’s enduring forces, BAPE and Champion have once again melded their mastermind brains together to collab on another exclusive capsule of cozy wardrobe essentials.

The FW17 features zip jackets, hoodies, crewneck sweaters, sweatpants and printed tees, emblazoned with the iconic branding and patterning from both ends. It may be getting a little too sweaty in Australia at the moment to be rocking silhouettes like this, however, it’s not too late to plan a mountain getaway for the icy Japan winter or a January jaunt in New York where you’d really get the most out of styling these looks.

The two brands have previously collab on exclusive capsules, with the Japanese juggernaut and sportswear giants collaborative efforts dating back to 2013.

Simple yet sleek and aesthetically pleasing pieces like this are what people continue to flock to when new collections drop. These pieces are synonymous with casual, essential streetwear looks that remain permanent no matter what trends come into play.

BAPE have clearly carved a niche streetwear and Champion’s resurgence in the last year has been astronomical – if the two brand’s continue to serve universal looks like this, it’s a team up we won’t get tired of.

You can cop the collab online via BAPE’s online store as of October 21.

BAPE and Champion would have to be amongst our favourite collabs, but this Off-White x IKEA rug may take out the crown for genius teaming.
